We aggregate public datasets from FEMA, NOAA, NHC, SPC, USGS, and other agencies. Data can be delayed, incomplete, or revised. We do not guarantee accuracy or completeness.

4. Lead and service requests

If you request quotes or services, you authorize HomeRiskIQ to share your information with service providers or partners to fulfill your request. Providers may contact you directly.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the platform or interfere with its operation.
• Do not scrape, bulk-download, or reproduce datasets without permission.
• Do not attempt to access data outside of intended endpoints.

6. Intellectual property

HomeRiskIQ branding, models, and presentation are proprietary. Public datasets retain their original licenses.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The platform is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or reliability of any content.

8. Limitation of liability

HomeRiskIQ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on risk scores or alerts.
